About
Nia Vasileva is a European actress, theatre-maker and director, trained at East 15 Acting School. Originally from Bulgaria, Nia is currently based in London, UK.
Nia's professional career on stage started at the age of 9. Since then, she's acted in more than 15 plays ranging from Lyudmila Razumovskaya's Dear Yelena Sergeevna to Shakespeare's Hamlet, where she played the title character. Nia is also an experienced show host, having hosted numerous concerts, award shows and music competitions in Bulgarian, English, German and Russian.
In 2020, Nia made her directorial debut with the play 360° written by Nina Frantzeskaki and produced by Y-Axis Theatre.
